  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
  • Administer health and life insurance programs.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Inform employees about benefits.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensures recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Monitor budgets by the department.
  • Process employees' queries and respond promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven work experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and decision making.
  • Team management skills.
  • BS/MS in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR Certification Institute).

Language

Fluency in Reading / Writing / Speaking English language
