- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Administer health and life insurance programs.

- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensures recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Monitor budgets by the department.
- Process employees' queries and respond promptly.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven work experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and decision making.
- Team management skills.
- BS/MS in Human Resources or relevant field.
- HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR Certification Institute).
Language
Fluency in Reading / Writing / Speaking English language
